• Q. What are the basic Terms & Conditions?
  
  
  
  • Your website(s) must load in the surf frame for a minimum of 10 seconds.
  • Your website(s) must NOT contain any pop-up windows.
  • Your website(s) must NOT contain any alert message boxes.
  • Your website(s) must NOT contain any hidden iframes.
  • Your website(s) must NOT contain any hidden crypto miners.
  • Your website(s) must NOT contain inappropriate content.
  • Your website(s) must NOT contain any CPM ads.
  • Your website(s) must NOT break out of the surf frame.
  • You are NOT allowed to use rotators provided by other websites.
  • You are NOT allowed to have more than one account.
  • Your account will be deleted if it has not been activated for more than 30 days.
  • Your account may be deleted if it is not used for more than 180 days.
  • Your account will be deleted if it causes our system any problems.


• Q. What are some ways I can earn some free credits?
  
  
  
  • When you first join Traffic Tango, you will receive 100 credits.
  • Earn credits by surfing on the surf exchange.
  • When login ads are active, earn up to 10 credits when you view the login page completely.
  • For every new member you refer to Traffic Tango, you will receive 250 credits.
  • Help keep Traffic Tango clean and report any questionable websites that you feel go against our Terms & Conditions. If your report is correct, you will be awarded bonus credits.


• Q. I have not received my account activation email. What should I do?
  
  
  Your account activation link will be sent to the email address you used during the sign-up process.
  
  
  • Check to make sure the activation email did not accidentally find its way into your junk/spam folder.
  • Be sure to add the following email address to your trusted sender list: noreply@traffictango.com
  • Click here to resend your account activation email.

• Q. Why was my website suspended?
  
  
  If your website was suspended, it was either reported by another member or found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions for full details. Members who report websites that are found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions will receive bonus credits. Cheaters or repeat website offenders may have their account deleted without prior warning, forfeiting any credits, impressions, and referrals associated with their accounts.


• Q. What banner ad sizes do you accept?
  
  

  We only accept banner ads that are 468 pixels wide and 60 pixels tall.



• Q. How do I submit a banner ad?
  
  

  You will need an image hosting provider (such as Imgur, for example) to have your banner ads viewed on Traffic Tango. You may sign up for free with Imgur here. You are more than welcome to use any image hosting provider of your choice.



• Q. How long does it take for you to review my ads?
  
  

  We usually finish reviewing your ads within the same day they were originally submitted for approval. There may be times when the review process goes on for more than one day. If that were to happen, your ad's status would change from "Pending" to "Waiting for approval". We will send you an email when the website admin is finished reviewing your ads. Your email will state if your ads have either been approved or have been suspended.



• Q. What is a traffic exchange? How do they work?

• Q. What should I do if Traffic Tango runs into any technical issues?
  
  

  Sometimes our website will go through some occasional glitches. If you find something wrong with our website's functionality, please contact us, explaining the issue to the best of your ability. We will do our best to get it fixed as soon as possible.



• Q. What payment methods do you accept?
  
  

  We accept any form of payment through PayPal only. If you do not have an account, you may create one for free by going here.



• Q. How does the surf exchange work?
  
  

  To surf in exchange for other advertisers' credits, simply click on the matching image, as shown in the example below:
  
  
  Please note that you will need to wait for the timer to run out before you can click the matching image. The length of the timer depends on your current account membership. Free members must wait for 30 seconds, Silver members must wait for 20 seconds, and Gold members must wait for 10 seconds.

  For the best results with compatibility, it is recommended to view our website on a computer. If you prefer to use a mobile device or tablet, we recommend viewing our website in desktop mode on your preferred mobile browser.



• Q. What is Traffic Tango? How are you different from your competitors?
  
  

  We are a traffic exchange service, which is a form of advertising recommended for advertisers that are looking for simple advertising opportunities and want to get their presence known on the Internet. • Q. Can I make any purchases before submitting my ads?
  
  

  You are more than welcome to do so, but we highly recommend waiting to make any purchases until your ads have passed the review process in case they end up failing the review process.



• Q. How do I report a website ad?
  
  

  To report a website ad in the surf exchange, click on "Abuse Report" located within the surf bar. You will be taken to the Abuse Report page. Simply fill out the form and click the Submit Abuse Report button. Please be sure to provide as much detail as you can. Once submitted, we'll look into the report further and later email you with the results. If your report is found to be correct, you will be awarded bonus credits.



• Q. How do I report a banner ad or text ad?
  
  

  To report a banner ad or text ad, please take a screenshot of the banner ad or text ad you wish to report. Contact us along with the screenshot URL attached to your message, and we will investigate the advertisement in question. If your report is found to be correct, you will be awarded bonus credits.
